I like this test. But perhaps you can first tell us what we have to do (translate and look at the gender and plural or singular) and then tell us that we have to hit the pause button so we can complete the test. When you’ve finished the test you can start watching again and now you can see if you got it right. I don’t know if this makes sence to you.
The left side is still readable and it keeps attracting my attention.
At number 8, you say “you masculine feminine” instead of singular feminine.
Numbers 1 and 10 are the same.
The excercse itself wasn’t difficult at all for me.
Echoing the feedback above, we can still see the left-hand side (translations) even with the blur effect. Also, at 0:57 the blur effect stops completely, revealing the answers.
Per Anna’s suggestion, I think opening the video with the “Blank” test page; explaining what the student needs to do (translate, paying attention to the gender and number), ask them to pause the video, and then resume when the test is completed, would be better. Then, instead of blurred answers, you “reveal” the written translation as you announce the translation verbally.
8) You “Masculine Feminine” should be “Feminine Singular”
10) This is the same as #1
I wish there was more consistency between how the verbs are translated in the PDF and the spoken translation (ie. She’s Writing, She Writes, He’s living, he lives).
Also, #5 (Atem Kotvim) and similar examples, the PDF should indicate (Plural General) since “You’re” and “They” in English lack gender and number associations. With this in mind: #7 (Masculine Singular) #8 (Feminine Singular) #9 (Plural General), #12 (Feminine Plural)
The PDF has 2 pages: Test and Answer Sheet. I would write this as the page title respectively.
It was a nice exercise. My only point is that at times it was still too fast for me. (also because I can’t count in Hebrew yet and some of the sentences follow quite soon after the number, which made me a bit confused).
Because of this I have been busy learning to count in Hebrew on drops and now when I watch it again it is already better.
It’s better this way. In the end you don’t see any of the answers in the video. Perhaps you can mention or write somewhere that you also have an answersheet in available in the PDF. But you can also write along when you give the answers.

on 0:08 I said: Im going to cover the left side, and you’re going to translate to english.
The only thing I didn’t say is to hit the pause button.

The video update is much improved. The visual cue (pause/translation) is very helpful, and the “bug” where the blur stopped has been fixed.
