I liked this exercise as well. I only miss the answers so I can check if I did it right.
I didn’t look at the next video yet so I don’t know if you explain the verbs again with the coloursystem.
1st:
I knew correctly all of the verbs in the excercise.
From the sentence “ani lo omeret lah sheani baa” on the sentences seem to me very complicated though. Feels little overwhelming.
2nd:
It’s clear to me which verbs are represented by the icons. Is there a key for the excercise somewhere, did I miss it?
I agree with Radka that #4 from the translated dialogue is a bit confusing, especially if some grammar rules are not familiar.
Personally, I did not understand #6 at all (outside of the verb hoshevet) but the dialogue was great exposure for me.
For the next exercise with the icons, I think having the answer sheet would be useful. I know we learned these verbs, but in general, it’s helpful to have the answers on the next page for absolute confirmation (eliminate the guesswork).
I enjoyed the short readings and knew almost everything and what I didn’t know guessed by context like last reading and was right. Makes me feel like I definately am on the right path. As far as exercise #3 with the images, the book, it that supposed to be read? Bc that’s the verb in the next vocab section ( i know bc i peeked ahead!) unless it’ something else ,like write? But I already used that verb with the image of the pencil .Also the image with the lips, it could be either מספר or אומר? Regardless I enjoyed this lesson, the vocab and sound patterns are sticking in my brain!
